Israel Removes Iranian Leaders From 'Hit List' Amid US Pressure

Tel Aviv: Israel has promised not to attack Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf. At the behest of the US, Israel has reportedly removed the names of these two leaders from the list it wants killed. Pakistan has requested the US to do so. Araghchi and Ghalibaf are very important leaders of Iran at the moment as most of the country's top leaders have been assassinated by Israel after February 28. Reuters has quoted Pakistani sources as saying that Israel has removed Abbas Araghchi and Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf from its "hit list." The move came after Pakistan urged Washington to pressure Israel not to target these two leaders. The two leaders were to be attacked! According to the report, a Pakistani source said, "The Israelis had information about the whereabouts of Araghchi and Ghalibaf and they wanted to kill them." These two leaders were told by the US that Pakistan would not stop Israel from targeting any foreign leader.
