Jan Suraj Leaders Arrested Ahead of Bankipur By-Election

By-election is to be held tomorrow (July 30) in Bankipur assembly seat. Meanwhile, 20 leaders of Prashant Kishor's party Jan Suraj have been arrested by Patna Police. This is a setback for Prashant Kishor amid Bankipur by-election. Although it has not been told from the party that which position these 20 leaders are in. It was informed by Jan Suraj on Wednesday evening that these people associated with the party have been arrested by the STF. After this action, the party has written a letter to the police observer of Bankipur assembly constituency. It is written, "The workers of Jan Suraj in 182 Bankipur assembly who are visiting their families in Patna or any other work are being arrested continuously in a one-sided action. In this regard, Shri Pratyush Purve is being arrested by Jakkanpur Police Station, Varun Kumar Khagaria is being taken to Pirbahor Police Station, Motihari, Abhay Sharma ji is being taken to Jakkanpur Police Station, Vikas, Ameer Singh, Sudarshan Jha and Manish Mishra ji have been issued instructions in a dramatic manner today (Wednesday).
