Janata Party Protest Turns Violent in Delhi, Multiple Injuries Reported

1/10 Image Source: PTI < / ID2 > The Cockroach Janata Party on Monday held a violent protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar demanding the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Thousands of people joined the protest. Permission was not sought from the Delhi Police. As the protesters marched towards Parliament House, the police barricaded the road to stop them. Several protesters were also roughed up. CJP spokesperson Saurav Das wrote on X that Sonam Wangchuk's wife Gitanjali Ji was manhandled. A 13-year-old girl was assaulted and 40 to 50 people were beheaded. However, the police denied the claim, saying that Wangchuk's wife was not manhandled and no girl was hit on the head. 40-50 Delhi Police sources said so far. < / ID9 >
