JD(U) Leader Shravan Kumar Sworn In as Minister in Patna

Patna: Shravan Kumar, JD (U) leader and MLA from Nalanda Assembly seat continuously since 1995, has once again taken oath as a minister during a grand ceremony at Gandhi Maidan in the capital. Shravan Kumar is considered to be one of the leaders close to former CM Nitish Kumar. Shravan Kumar has also recently been made the leader of the party's legislative party by JD (U) national president Nitish Kumar. Shravan Kumar comes from Nalanda, the former chief minister's home district. He is said to have a good hold in the JD (U).
