Pradeep Singh, Jagran, Ranchi. Serious questions have once again been raised about the implementation of development schemes in Jharkhand. Under the Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS), 19 MPs of the state have been allocated about 225.8 crores till March 2026, but out of this only 122.8 crores (54.4%) have been spent. This simply means that about 103 crores are still lying unused, which is a big question mark on the pace of development. Rajya Sabha member cum BJP state president Aditya Sahu is at the top in spending MPLADS funds.
