Khalin Joshi shot a six-under 65 to maintain a six-shot lead on the third day of the Rs 1 crore J & K Open 2026 being played at the picturesque Royal Springs Golf Course in Srinagar. The 33-year-old from Bengaluru, who started the day with a seven-shot lead, had another solid outing after an opening two rounds of 63 and 66. His three-round total is 19-under 194. Khalin, a former Asian Tour winner, had six birdies in his second consecutive bogey-free round. He has now not dropped a shot from 37 consecutive holes. His only bogey of the tournament came on the par-4 17th hole of the first round. Khalin's grip on the ball was not as strong as on the first two days of the opening nine holes, but he carried the score through and regained his rhythm on the second nine holes. Khalin said, "I didn't hit the ball as well on the first nine holes, despite missing a couple of birdies on the opening two days.
