Aam Aadmi Party National Convener Arvind Kejriwal on Friday made a big claim about Punjab politics. Addressing a roadshow in Bathinda, he said that he has received information that Punjab Assembly elections can be held ahead of schedule. According to him, the elections can be held in November 2026 instead of February 2027. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, senior leader Manish Sisodia and Punjab AAP President Aman Arora were also present in the roadshow. During this time Kejriwal appealed to the workers and supporters to start preparing for the elections from now. He said, "I have been told that the elections can be held in November, not in February. That is, we have only four months left. We have to start work from now and make Bhagwant Mann the Chief Minister again." Kejriwal also thanked the people for the party's performance in the recently held civic elections. He said that the AAP has got a big success in the elections of municipal corporations, municipal councils and nagar panchayats. According to his victory, people have been satisfied with the work of the AAP government.
