Rajmohan Unnithan said that'Vande Mataram will not be sung in full in this birth in Kerala.'Speaking to a TV channel, he said,'Though he had no idea about the chief secretary's directive to sing the national anthem in full, it will not be sung in full, even if Narendra Modi threatens to shoot us. It will be sung in the same way as it has been sung till now.'Unnithan's chief secretary Vishwanath Muraleedharan was responding to'Kerala Chief Secretary's letter dated August 6.
