Kutch Local Body Election: A New Political Chapter Unfolds on April 26

Gandhidham Municipal Corporation, which has become a Metropolitan Municipality in Kutch for the first time after independence, and Nakhatrana Municipality, which has been converted into a municipality from a Gram Panchayat, will be elected. Get interesting statistics from this local body election to be held on April 26. There are a total of 448 seats in one Municipal Corporation, 5 Municipalities, 1 District Panchayat, 9 Taluka Panchayats. The total number of voters is 14 lakh 50 thousand 931. The total number of polling stations is 1893. 8355 personnel will be on poll duty. 1200 police personnel among other personnel will be in charge of law and order.
