The manifesto for the assembly elections was released by the Left Front at a press conference at the CPI (M) headquarters Muzaffar Ahmed Bhawan on Saturday. Left Front chairman Biman Bose, along with its leadership, said: "The manifesto of the Left Front states what programmes a philanthropic government should take." The Left Front chairman said: "An anarchic government is running in the state. The government that is running in Delhi is dividing people. Divisions are being created among people in a fascist manner. The RSS is creating divisions among people on the basis of religion, caste, and race. These are the forces of grassroots anarchism. They cannot be friends of the people. The real friends of the people are the Left." The manifesto of the Left Front mentions several important issues like employment, education, health. Every family has at least one permanent job. 40 lakh permanent jobs in five years, 25 lakh jobs in industrial and logistic services, 20 lakh rural jobs, 15 lakh jobs in technology-based jobs, besides Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose has said in the manifesto that all the job vacancies in the government will be filled up within 5 years.
