Mamata Banerjee Accuses BJP of Electoral Roll Revision Manipulation in West Bengal

Addressing a rally at Sreerampur in Hooghly, she claimed that the process of SIR in West Bengal was done to benefit the BJP in the assembly elections and the names of legitimate voters were removed from the list. Admitting that the Election Commission was used in the interest of the BJP, she said that the truth is now coming out. However, these are political allegations of Mamata Banerjee and the Election Commission has put its side in the court on the process of electoral roll revision and the claims related to it. Admitting that "I sent a message to Rahul Gandhi and told him that we should sit together." According to her, this meeting of India Block is likely to be held on September 30 at the Constitution Club in Delhi. After Mamata's statement, efforts to coordinate between the opposition parties have intensified. According to reports, Mamata Banerjee had also spoken to Rahul Gandhi. She urged him to call an early meeting. CPI (M), CPI, and CPI-ML have also demanded immediate suspension of the meeting of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on September 29.
