The next meeting of the India alliance is likely to be held in Delhi to discuss issues related to the Election Commission and decide the opposition's strategy. She has sent a message to Rahul Gandhi to convene a meeting of the India alliance at Delhi's Constitution Club on September 30. The TMC chief, while addressing a rally at Srirampur in Hooghly district, said she has sent a message to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi that the opposition parties should sit together and discuss. She said this amid the ongoing protests against the Special Intensive Review of Electoral Rolls (SIR) and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. "I have sent a message to Rahul Gandhi that we should sit together." The meeting of the'India'alliance is likely to be held at Delhi's Constitution Club on September 30. "The proposed meeting is taking place at a time when the opposition parties are in a tussle over the functioning of the Election Commission.
