Man Convicted of Murdering Mother Over Suspicions She Was Lying About Him

The sensational incident took place on 25th August 2022 at Vilwade. Deepak Vishnu Dalvi (aged 46) suspected that his mother was lying to people about him. Out of this suspicion and in a fit of rage, he severely beat up his mother. During this beating, the mother fell unconscious and unfortunately she died. Deepak Dalvi was booked under Section 302 of the IPC. District Judge 1 and Additional Sessions Judge Mrs. V.S. Deshmukh convicted the accused and sentenced him to life imprisonment and a fine.
