Massive Data Breach Exposes Privacy of 2 Million Students

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that the inefficiency and insensitivity of COEMPT has once again come to the fore. Ramesh said on X, "Today in the Prime Minister's Ministry of Scams, the answer sheets of 2 million CBSE Class XII students have become public." He said, "This is a massive data breach and has put the privacy of 2 million students at risk." Ramesh said that the inefficiency and insensitivity of COEMPT has been exposed once again, and it is the same company that CBSE had given the contract to by manipulating the technical specifications in the RFP, which probably benefited COEMPT. "The twists and shadows are also visible in the answer sheets that have come out - which are related to scans done with mobile phones instead of scanning machines."
