Mini-Storm Brings Rain and Wind to Gujarat's Devbhumi Dwarka District

(By Kaushal Savjani) Khambhaliya T.R.:... Devbhumi Dwarka district was cloudy since yesterday morning. Clouds came in the afternoon with heavy winds. Clouds and gusty winds filled dust houses and roads with branches of leaves and trees. The mini-storm that lasted for an hour frightened the people. Only a drizzle fell in Khambhaliya and Bhanvad. Half an inch of rain fell in Kalyanpur area. While Dwarka received the heaviest one inch of rain. Many places were waterlogged and tourists who were currently enjoying Cheti Chand, Eid-ul-Zuha, Salaya, Bhadthar, Bhan Khokri, Manjha Kalyanpur, Bharwadiya, Rawal, Bhatiyapur, Kalyanpur, Navgad, Nava village Devdaan were also hit by snow.
