Palash Muchhal, who hit the headlines after his marriage to cricketer Smriti Mandhana was called off, is now in legal trouble. Smriti's friend has filed an FIR against the musician. Smriti's childhood friend from Sangli claims that Palash made casteist remarks against her, for which a case has been registered. This friend named Vigyan Prakash Mane has taken a strong stand against Palash. According to a TV9 Marathi report, Palash Muchhal has been booked under sections of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The complaint has been filed by Sangli resident and Smriti's childhood friend Vigyan Prakash Mane.
