Parimal Nathwani, an independent candidate, has won in the Rajya Sabha election results of two seats. He was supported by the Bharatiya Janata Party. Baidyanath Ram, a candidate of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, a constituent of the Grand Alliance, has also won. In this election, the Congress had fielded Pranav Jha. Nathwani got 28 votes in the Rajya Sabha election. Congress candidate Pranav Jha got 19 and JMM candidate Baidyanath Ram got 31. Also, 3 votes were found invalid. Political analysts believe that this result of the Rajya Sabha election can also have an impact on the stability of the Jharkhand government. After Parimal Nathwani's victory, he was congratulated by Bharatiya Janata Party leaders. Godda MP Nishikant Dubey wrote that Parimal Nathwani, the NDA candidate, has won in the Rajya Sabha election from Jharkhand. He got 28 votes, Congress candidate, only 20, and Sita Soren, the NDA candidate from Jharkhand, has also won in the Rajya Sabha election.
