New Polytechnic Building Inaugurated in Rampur at Rs.8.75 Crores

Rampur: A polytechnic building has been constructed at Chamraua in Rampur at a cost of Rs.8.75 crores. Preparations have been intensified to start classes here from the new academic session. Read Trending Videos Till now, the college studies were being conducted in a temporary building in the city. This used to cause inconvenience to the students. The construction of the administrative building, main academic building, workshop, overhead tank and pump house in the newly constructed campus has been completed. AdvertisementThis college is equipped with modern facilities. Students from rural and urban areas will get better opportunities for technical education. The construction of hostels, guard rooms and generator rooms for students is still pending. A proposal of about Rs.6 crores has been sent to the government for these works. Principal Raj Bahadur Singh informed that as soon as the approval is received, the remaining construction works will also be started.
