Nine Killed in Massive Fire in East Delhi's Vivek Vihar Area

Nine people died in a massive fire that broke out in a four-storey building in Shahdara's Vivek Vihar area in east Delhi in the early hours of Sunday. The fire is reported to have been caused by an air-conditioned blast early on Sunday. The exact cause is yet to be officially confirmed. Aam Aadmi Party's Delhi president Saurabh Bharadwaj has directly attacked Chief Minister Rekha Gupta over the incident. Saurabh said on his official X handle that the government has not learnt any lessons from past incidents. Saurabh wrote on X, "Rajdhani shame! Another incident of fire in Delhi's Vivek Vihar, nine people were burnt alive in this fire. While Chief Minister Rekha Gupta is busy making reels with many edits, it seems that she has not learnt any lessons from past incidents of fire in Delhi.
