Nine people died in a massive fire that broke out in a four-storey building in Shahdara's Vivek Vihar area in east Delhi in the early hours of Sunday. The fire is reported to have been caused by an air-conditioned blast early on Sunday. The exact cause is yet to be officially confirmed.
