NITI Aayog Presents Progress Report to Prime Minister, Aligns Agenda with Vision for Developed India

During this high-level meeting, the members of NITI Aayog made a detailed presentation to the Prime Minister. It outlined all the specific policies and sectors that the Commission is working on at a fast pace. Officials clarified that the entire agenda is aligned with the government's vision of a developed India by 2047 so that the country's economy can be further strengthened in the coming decades. The entire new leadership of NITI Aayog openly participated in this important meeting and shared updates of their respective departments. The meeting was mainly attended by the following senior officials and members. NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Ashok Lahiri and CEO Anurag Jain prominently attended the meeting. The full-time members of the Commission Rajiv Gauba, R. Balasubramanian and Zoram Ania spoke. In addition, Raju, M. Srinivas, Goverdhan Das and Karandikar, along with other senior officials of the Government of India, were also a part of this roundtable economic discussion.
