Bhubaneswar: Odisha government today effected a major reshuffle among the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers and assigned new responsibilities to several officers. According to a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance (GA&PG) Department, Subhasis Mansingh, the present Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation in the Office of RDC (CD), Kataka has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Women & Child Development Department.
