Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir Protesters March Towards Capital After Talks Fail

In Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), it has been announced on Sunday (July 26, 2026) that tomorrow on Monday (July 27, 2026), in any case, people from Rawalakot and other parts of PoK will march towards the capital Muzaffarabad. Sardar Umar Nazir, a member of the Awami Action Committee, announced late at night on Saturday (July 25, 2026) that the march was to be held first on July 15, but after that many leaders of Pakistan started talks with him from July 14 and he gave an ultimatum of July 21, but even after that, not a single demand of the protesters was met nor the notification of declaring the protesters and Awami Action Committee as terrorists was removed. In such a situation, yesterday on July 27, a march has been announced from the whole of PoK towards Muzaffarabad. Explaining the plan of the Awami Action Committee, Sardar Umar Nazir announced at midnight on Saturday (July 25, 2026) that on Sunday (July 26, 2026), the convoy from Mirkot to Rawalakot and the rest of the convoy will leave directly for Muzaffarabad (July 27, 2026).
