Pakistan's Ruling Coalition Allies Engage in Heated Election Row

The war of words between Pakistan People's Party and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, two major allies of the ruling coalition in Pakistan, has intensified over the ongoing elections in PoK. Both parties are accusing each other of rigging the elections. Meanwhile, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari warned the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, "Tik Tok, Tik Tok... your countdown has begun." According to a report by Karachi-based newspaper Dawn, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday accused the PML-N of massive rigging in the elections being held in PoK. Just a few days before Bilawal had warned that any attempt to "steal" the elections would start a "countdown" of the federal government of Pakistan. In several videos posted on X, Bilawal said that the PPP's campaign for "governance, rights and employment" would no longer be limited to Kashmir or Gilgit-Baltistan. Both of them are an integral part of the Indian Occupied Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
