Patiala Student Noor Singla Tops Nationwide in Chartered Accountant Final Examination

Noor Singla, who hails from the city of Patiala in Punjab, has brought laurels not only to his family but also to his state by securing the first position nationwide in the Chartered Accountant Final Examination.
