If someone reminds me of an incident in this regard, I will reply. He said that there is a separate standard operation procedure for its use in Jammu and Kashmir. He was reminded that pellet guns were introduced in Jammu and Kashmir during his tenure. The former Home Minister said that he is not using guns in comparison to the peaceful protests in Delhi 16 years ago.
