Protests Against NEET Paper Leak Spread to Chhattisgarh's Capital Raipur

The fire of the protest going on at Delhi's Jantar Mantar against the NEET paper leak has now reached Chhattisgarh. On Wednesday, Congress-BJP staged a protest in Chhattisgarh's capital Raipur. Police had to fire water cannons and tear gas shells to see the situation deteriorating. During this time the protesters also pelted stones. Meanwhile, BJP Raipur district unit announced a gherao of the Congress office to protest against the gherao of Rahul Gandhi's Prime Minister's residence. BJP state president Kiran Dev, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao, ministers, MLAs and a large number of party workers participated in the protest. Before this, the Deputy Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh addressed the public meeting.
