Punjab Congress Faces Split as Channi Expresses Discontent

After Bengal's Trinamool Congress, now there is a possibility of a split in Punjab Congress. Former CM and Jalandhar MP Charanjit Singh Channi has opened a front. After an emergency meeting with Congress leaders at his home Morinda, MLA Tript Rajinder Bajwa said that everyone told Channi that he should talk to the high command. He wants Congress to form the government in Punjab. There is no fight with the high command. There is resentment over the decision that has been taken. Warring Pradhan does not approve of this decision. The high command should reconsider this decision. BJP's Punjab president Kewal Dhillon said that Channi is welcome to join the BJP. Whoever comes to the BJP will be happy. Meanwhile, Gurdaspur MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. During this, he was seen with BJP Rajya Sabha MP Tarun Chugh. After meeting Shah, Randhawa said that it was unfortunate that Channi and Raja had come to the meeting to discuss the situation in Punjab.
