Raakh's Ramandeep Singh Opens Up About Playing a Dark Character

Entertainment Desk, New Delhi: Playing a dark or villainous character is a difficult task. It sometimes takes a heavy toll on an actor's mind. Something similar happened with Raakh's Rajjo aka Ramandeep Yadav. The story of Raakh is based on the famous Ranga-Billaa case of 1978. Ramandeep Singh played the notorious gangster Billa Ka Kirdara in the film. Ramandeep knew it would be difficult but he agreed. The heavy burden of living such an unpredictable and violent character left a deep impression on him. The actor took a long time to come out of it. Raakh: The Dreaded Villain'Babu'stole the limelight from the big stars, the people were hated; after the shooting of Akaash Makhija was over, Raman had to fight a difficult battle to maintain his identity. In a conversation with NDTV, Raman said that his health was very bad. He was very tired in front of this horrendous violence.
