Earlier, he was scheduled to visit Almora and Pauri, but due to bad weather, he could not reach there. After this, his visit to Dehradun was also canceled. He had to return to Delhi. The weather suddenly took such a turn that the whole program was stuck. Due to bad weather and low visibility, his helicopter could not go beyond Pantnagar.
