Rajasthan Government Accused of Limited Action in Fake Seed Case

Bangra alleged that the government's action in the fake seed case has been limited to show and feed. He claimed that a massive checking drive was carried out across the state since February 20. The government claimed to have inspected 11,938 places and raided about 12,000 establishments, but only 765 of these establishments were found to be in disorder and were issued show-cause notices. He said that no concrete action was taken in the remaining 11,173 cases, i.e., about 93.5% of the cases, raising questions about the seriousness of the entire campaign.
