Rajasthan Lawyers Protest Against Acting Chief Justice Over Manipulation Allegations

Lawyers at the Rajasthan High Court are protesting against Acting Chief Justice Sanjiv Prakash Sharma. Lawyers are demanding that Justice SP Sharma be barred from judicial work. Lawyers have also called for a boycott of the court of the acting Chief Justice. Lawyers at the Jodhpur and Jaipur benches of the Rajasthan High Court have gone on strike against the acting Chief Justice. Lawyers have also shouted slogans against him during the protest in Jaipur, photos and videos of which have also surfaced. This protest of lawyers is coming to light at a time when Supreme Court Judge Justice Sandeep Mehta has written a letter to Chief Justice Surya Kant, making serious allegations against Acting Chief Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma. Ashok Gehlot, angry at the FIR on Rahul Gandhi, said - "BJP's dictatorship." Actually, Supreme Court Judge Justice Sandeep Mehta has written a letter to the Chief Justice of India accusing Justice SP Sharma of manipulating the listing of cases and abusing administrative powers.
