Rajasthan Municipal Elections: BJP's Harish Dwivedi Sparks Controversy Over UGC Rules and OBC Reservations

In the municipal elections being held in Rajasthan, along with road-cleaning, electricity and water, the new rules of UGC and reservation for OBCs have also become a big issue. This matter gained momentum when at a press conference held in Bikaner, BJP's national general secretary and former MP in charge of Rajasthan Municipal Elections, Harish Dwivedi, instead of giving a direct answer to the questions of the media, started arguing with them. This video of Harish Dwivedi is now going viral on social media. As the matter gained momentum, the Congress party tried to surround the BJP with a political target. However, on the issue of new rules of UGC and OBC candidates on general seats, Congress targeted only the BJP. Congress has not openly clarified its stand on these two issues. Former BJP national general secretary Harish Dwivedi, along with Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, gave information about the party's resolution letter regarding the municipal elections.
