According to the information, Secretary in charge of the Assembly and Returning Officer Ranjit Kumar has raised objections on three points in the nomination paper. These include the inconsistency in the mention of the candidate's name, the absence of a column with information related to the undivided family, and the alleged incomplete information in the details related to criminal cases. It is reported that some documents have the name "Parimal Nathwani" while some have "Nathwani Parimal" written in them, for which an explanation has been sought. After getting the information about the advertisement, Parimal Nathwani himself reached the Assembly Secretariat and responded to the objections before the Returning Officer. During this time, many senior BJP leaders were also present in his support. Apart from the advertisement, a written complaint has also been submitted to the Returning Officer in this regard by the Congress candidate. The complaint alleges that the nomination paper does not have the necessary information. Considering the complaint and the objections, the Returning Officer has reserved the decision on the validity of the nomination paper for the time being.
