Political rhetoric has intensified over the Ram temple offerings theft case. Samajwadi Party MP Awadhesh Prasad made a big claim in this case, saying that some people were allegedly arrested and sent to jail so that the "big fish" of this case could be saved. He said that the government should answer on this whole matter in the House. Awadhesh Prasad also questioned the current situation in Ayodhya. He said that earlier 5 lakh, 10 lakh devotees used to reach Ayodhya daily and a large number of people used to offer gold, silver and cash offerings in the temple. According to him, now the number of devotees has decreased and even a crowd of 10 thousand is not being able to reach. The MP claimed that earlier where lakhs of rupees used to come, now small amounts like 5, 11, 21 and 51 rupees are coming in the form of offerings. He alleged that the BJP has worked to break the dignity of Ayodhya candidates and stigmatize them. There should be an investigation into the theft of funds and fair people behind this should also be interviewed by the government.
