Samajwadi Party MP Afzal Ansari Regains Possession of Lucknow House After Court Order

Afzal Ansari, Samajwadi Party MP from Ghazipur, reached his house in Dalibagh, Lucknow on Wednesday (September 2) along with his two daughters. After the court order, the process of removing the seal of the house and handing over the possession to him was started. During this time, the Municipal Corporation and the police team were present on the spot. This house in Dalibagh was under the supervision of the administration for a long time as it was associated with the family of Mukhtar Ansari and Afzal Ansari. This house, built in about 6,700 square feet, is registered in the name of Farhat Ansari, the wife of Afzal Ansari. This house was sealed on 28 October 2022 on the orders of the DM of Ghazipur. At that time, a team of Ghazipur police reached Lucknow and took action to seal the house. After this, the court of Ghazipur gave the order to remove the seal of the house in favor of Farhat Ansari and return the house. After this, the Ghazipur district administration sent a letter to the Lucknow Municipal Commissioner and asked him to hand over the entire sealed house to the Naib Kumar Kothi who was also involved in the process.
