Samajwadi Party Organizes Unique Protest Against Rising Inflation in Uttar Pradesh

While the rising prices of sugar and onion have burdened the pockets of the common man across the country, now political parties have also attacked the central and state government. In this connection, Samajwadi Party workers in Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh took out a procession in protest against the marriage of sugar and onion, which surprised everyone. In this demonstration, sugar was made a bride and onion a bride. SP leaders say that inflation has spoiled the kitchen budget of the common man and essential commodities are gradually becoming out of reach of the common man. Samajwadi Party workers held this unique demonstration against rising inflation amid drums and slogans. The purpose of the demonstration was to draw the attention of the government to the essential commodities whose prices are constantly increasing. Samajwadi Party district secretary Pramod Yadav attacked the government fiercely. He said that since 2014, claims are being made to reduce inflation, but their reality and their poor story is being told by Pramod Yadav that the common man is being given a share of sugar and sweets.
