Amid the ongoing crisis in the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT), party leader Sanjay Raut on Thursday claimed that his rebel MPs have been given an additional amount of ₹10-10 crore and moved to a safe place in Rajasthan. Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, Raut called the dissident Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs traitors and said that they have been given police protection. He demanded that the security given to these MPs and their properties be withdrawn immediately. Also, he warned that the party will launch an operation against the rebel MPs. Raut claimed, "Rebel MPs of Shiv Sena (UBT) have been given ₹10-10 crore extra. Earlier they were given ₹15-15 crore. Now they have moved from Delhi to a safe place in Rajasthan."
