Sharad Pawar Denies MP Defections, Cyber Thugs Crackdown

This statement comes after NCP MLA Dharmrao Atram claimed that five out of eight MPs from the Sharad Pawar faction could switch sides by December. Atram claimed that these MPs are ready to join the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) led by Sunetra Pawar, the wife of the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Sharad Pawar spoke to the media, putting to rest the claims of the anti-adversar camp. He said that not a single MP or MLA of the party will change sides. Pawar's statement has re-energized the workers and directly challenged the rhetoric of the opposing camp.
