AMBERNATH: The five-month-long power tussle between the Shiv Sena and the BJP for power in the Ambernath municipality has finally come to an end. After the proposal of an alliance from the Shiv Sena to the BJP, the Shiv Sena-BJP alliance was reached on Wednesday after a positive negotiation between the local leaders of the two parties and the state level leaders. According to the joint press conference of the leaders of the two parties on Thursday, forgetting the old differences and prioritizing the city development through the alliance, the Shiv Sena and the BJP fought against each other in the municipal elections.
