Eknath Shinde, the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, led the biggest rebellion within the Shiv Sena in 2022. Both the factions have shown readiness for the final argument. However, after hearing both the sides, the Supreme Court has now said that the next date of hearing. In the original 2022 Shiv Sena defection, 40 MLAs including the then Chief Minister, Eknath Shinde, have resigned from the Maha Vikas Aghadi government.
