Shiv Sena Rebels Join Eknath Shinde's Faction, Boosting Strength in Lok Sabha

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has recognized that six rebel MPs of UBT can go to the Shinde faction. After the approval of the Lok Sabha Secretariat, the way has been cleared for the rebel MPs to go to the Shinde faction. After this decision of the Lok Sabha Speaker, the strength of the Shinde faction in the Lok Sabha has increased and now their total number of MPs in the lower house is 13. Six rebel MPs of Shiv Sena (UBT) have rebelled and joined the Shinde faction, whose merger with the Shinde faction was opposed by Uddhav Thackeray.
