In the meeting, the Speaker said that if the session runs in an orderly manner, more and more government and legislative business can be completed. He hoped that the House will have meaningful discussions on issues of public interest and the ruling and opposition parties will work together to solve the problems of the people. The meeting also discussed the proposal to accept Zero Hour and calling attention notices online. After the suggestion of the party leaders, it was decided that Zero Hour notices will be taken online from 8 am to 9 am, while calling attention motions will be accepted online from 9 am to 10 am. The Speaker urged the leaders of all the parties to motivate their respective MLAs for active, disciplined and constructive participation in the proceedings of the House. He said that there should be serious discussions on all issues of question hour, zero hour, legislative business and public interest, so that meaningful results can be achieved as per the expectations of the people. The leaders of the ruling and opposition parties in the meeting assured the cooperation of Deputy Chief Minister Narendra Kumar Prasad Yadav, Chief Whip of the ruling party, Chief Whip of the Assembly, Chief Whip Alok Kumar Mehta, Chief Whip of the Opposition in the meeting.
