This time, Haldia: May Day was not celebrated in a big way in industrial areas. There was little enthusiasm, especially among the workers of the INTTUC, which is supported by the Trinamool Congress in Haldia. On Friday, no one was seen celebrating May Day in the factories of Haldia like any other time. However, the CPI (M) workers'union, CITU, hoisted a flag at the factory gate.
