Sugar prices are skyrocketing all over the country. Sugar prices have increased by 19 rupees in just 17 days. He also wrote, "To save foreign exchange spent on oil imports, we started making ethanol from sugarcane. As a result, there was a shortage of sugar. Now we will import sugar from that foreign currency." Sugar prices are continuously increasing. Sugar has become expensive by 19 rupees in just 17 days. Now the price of sugar in the wholesale market has reached 60 rupees per kg. While the retail market price is 60 rupees per kg. Domestic consumption of 280 tons of sugar is about 31 lakh kg per annum. On July 1, the wholesale price of sugar was 46 rupees per kg, while the wholesale price of sugar was 46 rupees per kg.
