New Delhi: The Supreme Court has taken a serious view of the delay in the investigation into the gruesome sexual assault of a 4-year-old girl in Gurugram. The matter was mentioned by senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, who strongly objected to the police action before the court.'It has been four weeks, nothing has happened!'Referring to the case in the Supreme Court, Rohatgi said,'It has been four weeks and nothing has been done so far. Please remove the Gurugram police and either give the case to the CBI or form an SIT!'He said that the police have the names of all the accused, but no concrete action has been taken.
