Surguja Olympics 2026 Inaugurated with Announcements of Incentives and Sports Facility Expansion

In this sequence, Rs 21 lakh has been announced for the players participating in the Olympics. Gold medal winners will be given an incentive of Rs 3 crore, silver will be given Rs 2 crore and bronze medal winners will be given Rs 1 crore. He informed that under Narendra Modi's Khelo India campaign, sports facilities in the state are expanding rapidly. Stadiums are being constructed in various districts and an archery academy will be set up in Pandhara area of Surguja at a cost of over Rs 20 crore.
