Suspect in Manpower Scam Case Granted Bail After 95 Days

Arunpati Tripathi, lodged in the Raipur Central Jail, has been granted bail after 95 days in the manpower scam case. Advocate Shashank Mishra argued on behalf of Arunpati Tripathi in the High Court. As per the allegations of the investigating agencies, the employees working in liquor shops were not paid their overtime, bonus and four extra days. Instead, crores of rupees were paid to the placement agencies by allegedly creating fake records.
