Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Accuses DMK Chief of Collusion in Veeramani Case

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay asked DMK chief and former Chief Minister एम.के.स्टालिन to speak about the Veeramani case. Vijay told MK Stalin, "Stalin sir speak something." He accused Stalin of colluding with Veeramani. Chief Minister Vijay has accused the DMK government of filing a complaint during the previous DMK government but no action was taken on this entire case. He has accused the then CM of suppressing this case and its history. Kumaravel's resignation is due to a by-election on 6 October. During its campaign, Vijay questioned Stalin, "Tamil Nadu is asking what was the deal. Stalin sir speak something." He alleged, "AIADMK is also not speaking with you, is there a collusion in this case too, will you keep quiet?" According to police sources, an FIR was filed against Veeramani but during the DMK government, Veeramani was not arrested and the POCK Special Court closed the case citing weak evidence.
