Madras High Court has issued a notice to the newly elected Chief Minister of the state and founder of Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK), C. Joseph Vijay. This action has been taken in the case of alleged abuse of children to influence voters and other corrupt electoral practices during the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
