Tamil Nadu CM Appoints Personal Astrologer as OSD Amid New Appointments

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay has taken a major decision. He has appointed his personal astrologer Ricky Radhan Pandit Vetrivel as OSD (Political). The Principal Secretary has also issued an order regarding the appointment of the Chief Minister as OSD. Vetrivel's posting has been made directly in the CM's office. Actually, new officers are being appointed in his office after TVK chief Joseph Vijay took charge as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. New appointments of his Principal Secretary to the CM 1 and 2 were made before the OSD and a government order was issued. Astrologer Ricky Radhan Pandit Vetrivel is considered very close to Chief Minister Vijay. Vijay is said to trust him a lot. Before becoming the Chief Minister, Vijay often discusses his films and family matters with him.
